4. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to send you communications if, in the Company’s sole discretion, we deem that your

5. Subscribers cannot and will not be given access to any other subscriber's personal details via this Website, with the exception of any
first name or surname as supplied solely at the subscriber's discretion for the purposes of the "Search Subscriber" facility. In addition,
subscribers who host events on the ELXS events pages are listed by their full names and can supply an optional mobile phone number to be
published on the Website as a field for their specific ELXS event only.
6. In order to facilitate interaction amongst subscribers, this Website allows subscribers limited communication with other subscribers via
the use of anonymous nicknames and more particularly, via the use of the ELXS® anonymous messaging system. Thereafter, the only way in
which subscribers may access other subscriber’s personal details is if a subscriber chooses to exchange their personal details with
another subscriber.
7. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that should you exchange personal details with any other subscriber (including, but not limited
to, via the ELXS® anonymous messaging system or during your attendance at any event organised by the Company or any subscriber), you
do so entirely at your own risk and that the Company bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any such exchange of
personal details.
8. Should you chose to enter any of the Company’s competitions or surveys, we may require your contact information (for example, your
name and email address) and demographic information (for example, your age or interests). In such cases, you consent to our providing your
personal information to those 3rd parties as necessary in order to effect the competition or to give effect to the survey, as applicable.
In such cases, we are not responsible for the Privacy Policy of those 3rd parties.

hold your credit card information in countries either within or outside of the European Economic Area.

16. By accepting this Privacy Policy, subscribers agree that they will only use the ELXS® anonymous messaging system provided for directly
solicited communications from other subscribers. Any abuse of the Company’s anonymous messaging system will result in the immediate
termination of the subscriber’s membership at the sole discretion of the Company. In such cases, there will be no refund of any fees
already paid for such subscription membership.
17. Personal information held by the Company is held on and processed by computers located in the United Kingdom.
18. The Company uses industry standard security to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information however, please
be aware that “perfect security” does not exist on the internet. Further, it remains each subscriber’s responsibility to
safeguard against unauthorised access to their subscriber details, to ensure that only the subscriber logs on to the Company’s service,
to ensure that the subscriber logs off from the Company’s service when not using it and to keep his/her log-in details safe.
19. If all (or substantially all) of the Company’s assets which are used to operate the Company’s business are acquired by a
